Fees

Full conference registration includes:

• Beverage breaks and afternoon snacks.
• Breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  
• Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Dinner on Monday and Tuesday.
• Pre-conference sessions: Two NASFAA Credentials and a Director's Roundtable.
• Access to all sessions (including NASFAA & ED) and all exhibits.

FAAC Prep Workshop attendees also get:

• Hot coffee/tea on Monday morning.
• Lunch on Monday.

Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses.

Cancelation & Change Policy

All requests for a 100% refund must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) by September 22, 2024. Late refund requests up to 15 days after the event will be considered on a case by case basis and can range from 50-100%.

Paid registration may be transferred to another individual within the same institution (and also a MASFAA Member) up to 7 days before the conference begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.
